Bootie Season

I am so excited for bootie season (otherwise known as fall)! I always think of Labor Day as the official start of Fall, so here we are at the long weekend and I am so ready! Booties, sweaters, changing leaves, pumpkin spice lattes, new planners, I’m a nerd and I love fall, and I am so excited!

I have an undying love for booties of all kinds, I can’t get enough of them! One of the best parts about bootie season is the freedom of how you can wear booties: dresses, pants, even shorts (hey, we’re in Texas and it’s still hot, so it happens here)!

I got these booties in a fun burgundy color at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and lucky for you, they are in stock and come in tons of colors! I also really wanted the gray but I had to draw the line somewhere during the sale, and now they are sold out in my size! But I’m on the hunt for a cool gray pair of booties this season, so let me know if you find some!

While it’s still in the 90s, I like to wear my booties with dresses of the loose and flowy variety, like this army green one I snagged from Nordstrom in the spring! I love knit dresses so much, and this one was so great I actually have it in 2 colors! Do you ever do that, find something you like and buy it in multiple colors?
