Tell me about yourself:
I am a late twenty-something living in Dallas, Texas. At a young age I developed a passion for fashion and styling outfits for friends and family. I developed this lifestyle blog as a creative outlet and a place to share my interests. Why Beautifully Elegant? I wanted to share my inspiration source with others around me.
By day, I am a Hospital Coordinator in a large hospital in Dallas. It is a rather challenging job, so in my free time, I like to escape my work with this blog. You will find fashion, food, beauty, travel and life posts here on Beautifully Elegant.

What is your favorite topic to write about?
My favorite topic is beauty reviews. I love sharing my opinions on new or older products with my audience. It is a fun post to write and love purchasing new beauty to try.
What is your favorite post you have ever done?
My favorite post I have ever done is this style look. It is my favorite because it was more of an edgy look for me which is out of my comfort zone. I like to push myself to create new and exciting looks that my readers will enjoy. I think this was definitely something that I didn’t think I would put together, but I am really happy how it turned out.
How do you stay motivated?
It can definitely be hard to stay motivated when having a job and posting 4 times a week. I try to plan out all my posts a month in advance. I don’t always know the titles or what exactly I am going to write about but it helps having a roadmap. I also like to write out all my posts a week in advance or just have posts in my drafts section in case I am not sure what I want to write about I have something that I can post. This helps me stay motivated and consistent with my posting schedule.
What is your favorite beauty product now?
My favorite beauty product now has to be this eyeshadow palette. You can create a natural look for everyday or smokey eye for a night out. The price is really affordable too. There is a wide variety of shades in this palette and they blend out nicely.
Have you tried any new recipes lately?
My husband made us some pork tacos the other night. I will be sharing a recipe on this very soon.
Where do you like to shop?
Some of my favorite brands to shop are The Limited, for work wear, The Loft, Target, for affordable pieces, and Nordstrom. I currently love these skinny leg black pants and wear this pencil skirt often.
