Fill, Dump, Blend
With your smoothies they will recommend a liquid to use, either something creamy like milk or something lighter like coconut water. Then you can blend it all together, I use my single-serve blender, dump back into the cup and drink! A single-serve blender fits one cup inside, so it is a perfect size!
