If possible,Ā Fashion X Dallas night 2 was even better than night 1! CND Vinylux invited Nataly and I to get manicures before the show, and treated us to a true VIP experience, complete with front row seats! I’ve had my manicure for four days now, and it is still going strong. I’m really hard on my nails, soĀ anything from washing my hair or scratching mosquito bites mightĀ chip my nails. However, my CND Vinylux 7-day wear is still on and looks great! Honestly, I haven’t had a regular nail polish perform this well, unless I got them done at the salon, and even then CND VinyluxĀ stands up really well.Ā The trick is in putting the CND Vinylux on a raw nail that is dry so the polish sticks, and then finishing with the top coat. This is what seals the color in, driesĀ fast (only 8 minutes!), plus it get stronger as it is exposed to natural light. I’m wearing the color Romantique, and will be testing some others in the coming weeks!
Fashion X Dallas night 2 was also an amazing night, especailly in terms ofĀ designers. One of my absolute favorites was Gunnar Deatherage, a former contestant on Project Runway. I would wear any of hisĀ looks straightĀ off of the runway! If you follow me on instagram (if you don’t,Ā go now, I’ll wait) you saw that I posted a photo with Gunnar during intermission. I told him his collection was amazing and he said he liked my velvet cropped top!
Sonia Williams was another amazing, former Project Runway designer. She had the cutest crop tops and the most stylishĀ knit dresses and outfits, plusĀ they were styled perfectly! One more Project Runway Star who had the most interesting collection of the entire week, was Sloane Lentz. Her whole collection was fun and whimsical, and actually almost unfinished. Literally, the first look had aĀ shirt that said “Don’t look at us.” on the front, and “We’re not ready.” on the back. It was the most entertainingĀ show! Check out some of my favorite looks in the photosĀ below!
My outfit for the night was this great midi skirt and crushed velvet crop top. I went a bitĀ outside of my comfort zone and with this one, it’s a little edgier than I wear day-to-day, and the tight crop top was definitely something new! Rarely do I ever go shopping for an entire outfit, but when I realized I was going to Fashion X Dallas all three nights, I blanked and had no idea what to wear!Ā I’m really happy with the pieces and accessoriesĀ I found. On a whim I grabbedĀ this lace choker, which fit perfectly with my look. I did manage to mix in a few pieces I already had, like all of my black leather bracelets, and of course, my favorite Kate Spade suede sandals! Shop my look here:

Thanks girl! I love either really light or really dark colors, not much in between!
I have a nail polish from that line and it truly is amazing! I love that I can get similar results without going into the salon.
Right? Me too! Now if only I could sit still for 8 whole minutes…
