This weekend was an absolute blast, I had the best time celebrating my birthday! Now that it’s over I have something else to look forward to: vacation! Recently, Kale and I booked a trip to Riviera Maya so we couldn’t be more excited! We are literally counting down the days! But, vacation means bikinis, while bikinis mean bikini body, which I so do not have now! I really need to get back in shape, so thank you to Macy’s Backstage for helping to inspire me with these super cute workout clothes!
When I’m feeling uninspired to work out, I love a new outfit (and an activity tracker) to help get me motivated! I haven’t updated my workout-wear in a while, so a trip to Macy’s Backstage was exactly what I needed! Some athletic clothes are so expensive. There are definitely trends and technology updates in athletic-wear, but overall the function of the clothing is about the same. I don’t mind being a season or two off with my workout clothes, because they still look great!
You may remember that Macy’s Backstage opened up near Dallas back in July. When I went the first time, it was a madhouse! I was there on opening weekend, so the whole place was packed. This time, it was still busy especially since it was on a weekend, but much less overwhelming. It’s the type of store you have to be in the mood to dig for pieces, but when you do, you’ll find some gems! I ended up with a ton of new workout clothes in brands like Michael Kors, Betsy Johnson, Reebok RBX, and Puma. Macy’s Backstage carries tons of great brands that I already know and trust, for an amazing price! I think everything I picked up was under $15! You have to try really hard to spend a lot of money in there!
