Striped Jumpsuit for A Wedding

A couple of weeks ago, I wore this jumpsuit to my first wedding. Since then you have all been loving this striped jumpsuit every time I post it! I mean, I don’t blame you, it’s so cute, comfy, and when it is under $30, how can you go wrong? We know I’m into black and white, but I did try to spice this look up with fun earrings!

I’m still trying to recover from my sick day, both in my health and just catching up on work/blog work. For being off one day, it  really takes a while to get everything back up and running! However, I really wanted to share this look with you all since it was a favorite on Instagram and at the wedding, as well as one of my favorite pieces I’ve worn in a while. As a blogger I get sent a lot of clothes and I’m constantly shopping for new pieces to post, its funny, sometimes I forget to shop for things to wear for real life events! When it came to my first wedding I was actually really excited to find this striped jumpsuit and wear it!

In my expert opinion, after having gone to two whole weddings in my adult life, (yes, both in the last two weeks) is that weddings are like Prom for adults, except the king and queen are pre-chosen. I mean, you have a date, you make sure you match and take tons of photos together. You eat a fancy dinner, watch the “court” do their thing, and of course, you dance! That sounds like prom to me! Luckily in most cases you can subtract the high school drama, or at least avoid it, and there are more parents and kids around. However, a striped jumpsuit is not likely to be worn to prom, but is totally acceptable to wear to weddings!
